Salary: $84,577.92–$126,000.00 annually.

What you will do

• Design and implement Generative AI and machine learning applications using software development best practices.
• Collaborate with data scientists to build and fine-tune AI models using modern techniques from published research.
• Develop scalable pipelines for large-scale data processing, model training, and evaluation.
• Implement security and data protection standards and support AI risk and security practices.
• Gather requirements, identify AI opportunities, participate in code reviews and backlog refinement, and deliver development tickets.
• Support the full AI software development lifecycle, including prototyping, testing, deployment, refactoring, and technical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on AI solution development experience; 3–5 years is preferred.
• Strong programming skills in Python or another language commonly used in AI development.
• Substantial knowledge of AI, machine learning, and deep learning, with experience using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience building large-scale or compute-intensive applications with HPC, Spark, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, software architecture, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, data science, software engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Understanding of at least one cloud platform, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and its AI/ML toolchain.
