is recruiting for a professional services client supporting a major digital transformation for a state agency.
What you will do
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with organizational goals, brand identity, and marketing targets.
- Research target audiences, market trends, and competitor content to inform strategic decisions.
- Create editorial calendars and maintain consistent content schedules and style guidelines.
- Define content governance processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, product teams, scientists, researchers, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop content standards, taxonomy, migration plans, editorial workflows, playbooks, SOPs, and training materials.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in content strategy.
- Strong background in content governance, taxonomy and metadata, and migration planning.
- Experience creating playbooks, SOPs, and training materials.
- Ability to work with scientists, researchers, and non-technical teams.
- Senior-level experience managing multiple projects.
Nice to have
- Experience in higher education, the public sector, or a research institution.
