Software Engineer (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Francisco, CA; Austin, TX; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA

Compensation: $224,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Automate the delivery of gigawatt-scale AI infrastructure through software-driven scheduling and decision-making.
• Build internal systems for finance, treasury, and legal teams to manage capital pipelines, purchase orders, and contract obligations.
• Develop recruiting and onboarding software to optimize hiring bottlenecks.
• Embed with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and deployment engineers to turn their workflows into structured data.
• Ship production code and design features using LLM APIs and agentic frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience shipping production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• Proven ability to build features using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and agentic frameworks.
• Experience working with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Ability to work autonomously, identify problems, and ship solutions without waiting for direction.
• Strong product taste and ability to build interfaces that match real-world expert workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, fixed asset accounting, or FP&A.
• Knowledge of structured finance, treasury operations, or contract lifecycle systems.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS integrations (Ashby, Greenhouse, Rippling, Workday).
• Experience with LLM extraction over legal and financial documents.
