Accounting Internship - Summer 2027

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States; 40 hours per week in-office

What you will do

• Prepare and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Send invoices to customers.
• Use billing and accounting software to enter, retrieve, and analyze information.
• Support financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Complete additional accounting duties and contribute to a 12-week group innovation project.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program during the internship, or an undergraduate, graduate, or May/Spring graduate student.
• Considered a junior or senior by credit hours.
• Interest in process improvement and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Available to work 40 hours per week in the Jacksonville office.
• Eligible to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship.
