Location: Teparuk, Thailand; onsite role

hirify.global operates the Teparuk site, which produces nano-recording heads for hard disk drives.

What you will do

• Manage production activities with disciplined process and cost control.
• Supervise manpower and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and tools to meet production requirements.
• Follow up on production issues and help solve problems.
• Apply Lean concepts to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support safe operation of the production department.

Requirements

• Excellent English reading, writing, and conversation skills.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proactive, self-starting, and able to work as part of a team.
