Process Engineer Intern (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Improve product performance and provide technical solutions to achieve yield, quality, cycle-time, and productivity goals.
• Investigate and analyze process and equipment factors.
• Implement engineering qualifications and process improvement projects.
• Lead improvements related to quality, yield, cost, and production flexibility.
• Support the production floor in maintaining strong manufacturing performance.
• Qualify new product programs and recipes and follow up on manufacturability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or graduation soon, in electrical, mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, or materials engineering, or a related discipline.
• Interest in process improvement, quality, equipment, or operations, with willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to follow technical instructions, safety requirements, and standard operating procedures.
• Comfort with Excel and common productivity tools.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Internship, laboratory, workshop, or project experience in manufacturing, testing, maintenance, or process improvement.
• Exposure to laboratory, quality, or production systems.
