Senior Engineer, Machine Learning (AI) (Python/LLMs/RAG): Building AI-enabled applications, agents, and data pipelines that automate research, synthesize competitive intelligence, and support strategic decision-making with an accent on applied AI, software engineering, and enterprise data integration. Focus on designing production-oriented AI workflows, evaluating model outputs, and implementing reliable governance, testing, monitoring, and human-review controls.

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Python applications that automate research, synthesize market and competitive intelligence, and support strategic analysis.
- Build and maintain AI agents connected to approved internal and external data sources.
- Develop reliable pipelines for structured and unstructured data used by strategy tools and AI applications.
- Apply RAG, MCP, large language models, and agentic frameworks to practical business use cases.
- Prototype, evaluate, monitor, and improve solutions based on stakeholder feedback, usability, business value, and scalability.
- Document architectures and data flows, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with strategy, technology, data, security, and legal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and experience developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.
- Experience with data engineering, APIs, databases, data integration, and structured and unstructured data.
- Hands-on experience with large language models, prompt design, AI evaluation, and production-oriented applied AI.
- Experience with RAG architectures, LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks, MCP, or agent-based applications.
- Experience with version control, code review, testing, documentation, monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, or enterprise application deployment.
- Exposure to corporate strategy, competitive intelligence, business analysis, finance, or corporate development.
- Experience with enterprise AI governance, information security, privacy, or responsible AI requirements.
