Location: United States; listed locations include Seattle, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Newport Beach, Denver, Scottsdale, Dallas, Houston, Tampa Bay, Minneapolis, Chicago, Boston, Austin, and Washington, D.C. The position is listed as on-site, but remote work is also available while reporting to teams based in Scottsdale and Seattle.
Salary: $100,000–$140,000+ base salary with variable compensation based on revenue growth.

What you will do
- Design, implement, and manage financial plans supporting clients’ life goals.
- Advise clients on investment objectives, portfolio performance, market developments, and financial decisions.
- Develop foundational financial plans and provide retirement plan advisory for employees of partner organizations.
- Maintain accurate client records and planning data in Salesforce and eMoney.
- Generate referrals, support prospective clients through the sales process, and refer clients with greater wealth complexity to the Personal CFO team.
- Provide constructive feedback to teammates and support client and team projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years of direct client advising experience.
- Undergraduate degree and required CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.
- Technical expertise in estate, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash-flow or capital-needs planning.
- Experience with executive compensation, including RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, ESOPs, and ESPP plans.
- Familiarity with eMoney, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, or comparable tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. New hires must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination by the date of hire, subject to approved religious or medical exemptions.
