EPS Applications Analyst (Payments)

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding California; working hours are 8:00am–5:00pm CST, with a monthly one-week on-call rotation. An onsite interview or in-person onboarding may be required for identity verification.

Salary: $38,650–$48,450 annually, based on location and experience.

What you will do

• Complete customer installation and maintenance requests for the SmartPay and Ensenta payment platforms.
• Provide remote software installation services and verify that applications are fully functional.
• Manage a high volume of short and moderately complex tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze payment transaction processing when required and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Communicate with customers, provide technical support, and escalate issues to the appropriate resources.
• Support special projects with aggressive deadlines while meeting daily performance targets.

Requirements

• At least 18 months of experience in a financial institution, fintech, or technical helpdesk environment.
• Good judgment when selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions.
• Ability to work accurately and consistently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Availability to work 8:00am–5:00pm CST and participate in a one-week monthly on-call rotation.
• Must be located in the United States; California is excluded.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
