Release Manager (ADAS & Autonomous Vehicle Software): Leading the end-to-end release lifecycle for ADAS and autonomous vehicle software across development, integration, validation, and deployment environments with an accent on release governance, cross-functional coordination, and delivery quality. Focus on managing complex multi-product release plans, resolving blockers and dependencies, tracking release-health KPIs, and driving CI/CD automation and process standardization.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Release Managers delivering ADAS and autonomous vehicle software releases.
- Define operating models, priorities, processes, and best practices for end-to-end release planning, execution, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee complex release plans across multiple products, programs, and software components, including scope, milestones, dependencies, quality, and readiness.
- Drive release-readiness reviews, risk management, change control, escalation paths, and go/no-go decision support.
- Coordinate with Development, Integration, QA, Product, Program Management, DevOps, engineering teams, and senior leadership.
- Track release-health KPIs, resolve critical blockers, and improve automation, standardization, and delivery predictability across build, integration, validation, and deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in Release Management, Program Management, DevOps, Software Engineering, or similar roles.
- At least 2–3 years of proven people-management or team-leadership experience.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional software releases in a large-scale engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, release management, CI/CD, configuration management, quality processes, Agile, and Scrum.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Nice to have
- Experience with Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, and reporting or dashboarding tools.
- Programming or scripting experience, preferably in Python.
- M.Sc., MBA, or experience with large-scale, safety-critical, automotive, ADAS, or autonomous vehicle software systems.
