Senior Workday Integration Analyst (Workday)

Location: Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 90,000–120,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and support inbound and outbound Workday integrations.
• Build integration solutions using Workday Studio, Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, performance issues, and system problems.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Workday module leads, and external vendors to define and deliver integration solutions.
• Plan and execute testing, system validation, release activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create technical specifications, data mappings, support procedures, reports, calculated fields, and data extracts while supporting audits and mass data loads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Workday Integration experience in a complex, unionized environment.
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, Workday Web Services, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and Workday Orchestrate.
• Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
• Strong HR business acumen, analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders and end users.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro Certification in Integrations.
• Experience with Workday Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, or other Workday modules.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services or Mulesoft.
• Knowledge of Canadian Payroll processes and third-party payroll integrations.
