US Accountant

Location: Remote

Salary: PHP 44,659.05 gross per month plus 13th-month pay; PHP 5,000 client deployment allowance

What you will do

• Prepare financial statements, tax returns, regulatory filings, and regular financial analyses.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for the company, departments, and individual roofing projects.
• Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, collections, and payroll.
• Monitor project profitability, job costing, labor, materials, overhead, waste, and budget performance.
• Maintain internal controls, financial policies, accounting systems, and integrations with project management software.
• Support risk management, insurance procurement, banking relationships, audits, strategic planning, and project performance reviews.

Requirements

• Experience handling bookkeeping and tax return preparation.
• BS Accountancy degree required.
• Skills in client bookkeeping, email management, client relationship management, billing collections, and financial reconciliation.
• Ability to handle confidential financial data using secure login procedures, encryption, and audit controls.
• Home office with a computer meeting the stated specifications, dual monitors, camera, noise-canceling headset, stable internet of at least 25 Mbps, and backup power and internet.
• Familiarity with U.S. tax compliance is advantageous.
