Travel Sprinter (Healthcare)

Location: Remote - United States; travel to patients' homes and hirify.global markets is required, with approximately 75% travel and possible extended periods away from home.

Salary: $35–$45 per hour

What you will do

• Travel to patients' homes throughout assigned markets and deliver blood draws, vital measurements, urine collection, Annual Wellness Visit support, and other preventative and diagnostic services.
• Perform phlebotomy, including blood draws for patients with challenging veins.
• Create a warm, professional patient experience across varied home environments.
• Document visits using Sprinter technology and electronic health records.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for laboratory drop-off or shipment.
• Manage schedules, supplies, driving routes, and patient appointments independently across unfamiliar cities and neighborhoods.

Requirements

• Strong phlebotomy skills and patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, LPN, or LVN.
• Current BLS certification and ability to meet applicable state-specific certification or licensing requirements.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., including driving before 7:00 a.m. when needed.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 75% of the year and remain away from home for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs., drive for prolonged periods, and safely navigate homes with stairs and other physical demands.
