Product Analyst (Mid and Senior Level) - Joint Account (AI)

Location: London, UK; hybrid attendance at the London office 2–3 days per week. The role also allows working from abroad for up to 120 days per year, subject to having the right to work in the country of choice.

hirify.global is a fintech bank building digital financial products, including a new joint current account.

What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Analysts to deliver insights for the Joint Account product.
• Design and evaluate statistically rigorous experiments to guide iterative product development.
• Define source-of-truth metrics for product performance, user experience quality, and key results.
• Own the analytics roadmap and prioritise high-impact analysis opportunities.
• Develop AI-enabled analytics tools for natural-language insight generation and internal data applications.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role with strong data manipulation skills in SQL and/or Python.
• Ability to work with large datasets and produce insights that support decision-making.
• Experience prioritising work for impact in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to solve unstructured problems, identify meaningful signals, and communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to attend the London office 2–3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and causal analysis.
• Expertise in data visualisation and self-service data products.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and defining product metrics for conversion, activation, retention, and engagement.
• Experience with consumer-facing fintech or similar digital products.
