Location: London, United Kingdom; option to work from home on Fridays.

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum, plus uncapped performance-based pay.

What you will do

• Manage communications between clients and experts across multiple live projects.
• Screen and negotiate with experts by phone to identify the best matches for client requests.
• Understand project context and the legal and regulatory environments affecting clients and experts.
• Use AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and engage relevant experts.
• Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Currently studying toward a bachelor’s degree that includes a placement year and due to graduate in 2029.
• Strong academic performance, with a minimum 2:1.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Fluent English and Spanish, or C2-level proficiency.
• Extracurricular achievements, internships, or part-time work experience.
• Experience living or working in continental Europe is desired.
