What you will do
- Support end-to-end hiring for language professional roles.
- Partner with senior recruiters throughout the recruitment process.
- Post and manage job advertisements.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Support a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer.
Requirements
- Based in Latin America and available to work remotely.
- Advanced English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
