What you will do
- Translate commercial forecasts, revenue targets, and business priorities into merchandising strategies for Store experiences across console, web, and mobile.
- Monitor business performance, customer behavior, and AI-generated optimization signals to adjust campaigns, placements, and content strategies.
- Use AI-powered insights and predictive signals to identify opportunities and dynamically optimize Store experiences.
- Design and execute data-driven experiments to validate hypotheses, improve customer experiences, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Review performance data on daily, weekly, and monthly cadences and convert insights into merchandising actions.
- Develop best practices and process efficiencies with wider Store teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a global direct-to-consumer digital or e-commerce business.
- Knowledge of games monetization and live services.
- Experience using data, analytics, and AI-generated insights to guide commercial decisions and customer experience optimization.
- Ability to partner with Planning & Finance, Product, Data Science, and global commercial stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent preferred.
