TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (AI Agents) (Go/Python, RAG, agent orchestration): Building session and memory models, retrieval and document intelligence, multi-step agentic workflows, and evaluation systems for enterprise AI software with an accent on production-grade GenAI, multi-tenant SaaS, and secure integrations. Focus on designing tool-using agents, grounding outputs across structured records and documents, handling multimodal input, and enforcing guardrails, auditability, and data residency.

Location: Krakow, Lesser Poland, Poland; hybrid work opportunities are available.

What you will do

Build session, context, persistence, resumption, hand-over, identity, and entitlement models.
Develop retrieval and grounding across structured records and operational documents, including manuals, engineering drawings, certification directives, and contracts.
Build multi-step agentic flows with tool use and human-in-the-loop decision rules.
Support speech and image inputs alongside text and integrate language interfaces with scheduling and optimization engines.
Build evaluation harnesses that validate AI output quality and autonomy before release.
Develop security controls covering prompt-injection resistance, personal data, guardrails, auditability, and data residency.

Requirements

Production experience building AI or LLM systems that take actions against business systems.
Experience with Go and Python, production-grade GenAI, RAG pipelines, embeddings, agent orchestration, and tool usage.
Experience with service-to-service integration using n8n, Temporal, MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or Boomi.
Experience building multi-tenant SaaS products, API gateways such as Kong or Tyk, and cloud-native infrastructure including Docker, Kubernetes, CNCF technologies, and CI/CD.
Experience with AI frameworks and tooling such as Pydantic AI, LangChain, and MCP, including MCP development and plan-based agentic software development.
Hybrid work in Krakow, Poland; the role requires hands-on production experience rather than demos, prototypes, or personal projects.

Nice to have

Experience optimizing AI services for latency and cost.
Experience with specification-driven development.
Up-to-date knowledge of GenAI and AI-based software development.
