Data Scientist (AI Governance & Oversight)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Strongsville, OH; Dallas, TX; or Birmingham, AL

Base salary: $86,250–$158,125 per year

What you will do

• Manage AI governance forum operations, including agendas, meeting preparation, decision tracking, action items, and documentation.
• Partner with Legal, Ethics, HR, Risk, Technology, Data Architecture, Data Analytics, and Data Engineering stakeholders.
• Support annual Responsible AI reporting, program innovation, and intellectual property tracking.
• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets through data gathering, processing, mining, and modeling.
• Develop machine learning algorithms and run analytical experiments to optimize products and processes.
• Present business insights using visualization technologies and data storytelling.

Requirements

• University or college degree; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Master’s degree preferred by the role profile.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Knowledge of data science, data analytics, data mining, machine learning, AI risk management, and data modeling.
• Must work in-office in one of the listed United States locations; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT are not provided.
