TL;DR
Sr Production Analyst (Manufacturing/Process Improvement): Leading end-to-end process mapping, production standards, continuous improvement, and technical change implementation in manufacturing operations with an accent on Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, GMP, KPI analysis, and process governance. Focus on designing improvement roadmaps, validating production technologies, coordinating cross-functional implementation, and translating business requirements into digitalization and automation initiatives.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end mapping and optimization of strategic, critical, and cross-functional manufacturing processes.
- Develop, review, and maintain operational procedures, work instructions, manufacturing instructions, bills of materials, and production standards.
- Evaluate process capability and performance using OEE, lead time, KPIs, statistical analysis, and related metrics.
- Lead continuous improvement, process transformation, automation, standardization, and operational simplification initiatives.
- Validate and implement technical changes related to equipment, process modifications, technology upgrades, new products, packaging, and production technologies.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, production administration, external partners, and business and technology stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Quality Management, Logistics, Business Process Management, or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and familiarity with Power BI.
- Practical knowledge of process mapping and project planning tools.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, PDCA, 5 Whys, Pareto Analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, and performance indicators.
- Basic knowledge of project management, change management, quality management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to apply occupational health and safety requirements, GMP standards, KS 091, and FMEA methodologies.
