Focus on synthesizing portfolio data for prioritization and investment decisions, improving portfolio processes and tools, and supporting governance and executive leadership.
Location: Remote Flex - North Carolina; virtual work with a few in-office visits each year. The position may be performed from states listed on the job posting, with onsite expectations discussed during the interview process.
Salary: $98,092–$156,947 per year

What you will do
- Analyze portfolio performance metrics, project financials, capacity, demand, readiness, dependencies, and business value.
- Identify portfolio-level risks, issues, trends, budget concerns, funding gaps, and delivery dependencies.
- Prepare executive-level status reports, presentations, portfolio reviews, governance materials, and leadership updates.
- Translate portfolio data into clear recommendations supporting prioritization, governance, and investment decisions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, develop portfolio standards and templates, and maximize use of portfolio planning tools.
- Provide backup support for Portfolio Leaders, assess stakeholder satisfaction, and train and coach others.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree where required.
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with portfolio management, portfolio planning, project portfolio management, resource planning, and workflow management.
- Experience analyzing budgets, costs, financial risks, capacity, and delivery performance.
- Ability to communicate risks, issues, solutions, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
