Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) III (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite in Bedford, Massachusetts, United States. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain or maintain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph are required. Travel required: 10–25%.

Salary: $104,040–$140,760 per year. Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

What you will do

• Maintain the operational security posture of information systems in collaboration with the ISSM and ISO.
• Prepare, review, and update authorization packages, RMF documentation, and bodies of evidence.
• Coordinate hardware, software, and firmware changes while assessing their security impact.
• Conduct continuous monitoring, periodic compliance reviews, audit record analysis, and security self-inspections.
• Identify cybersecurity vulnerabilities, support countermeasure implementation, and monitor system recovery.
• Support Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities and assist government and contractor organizations with assessment and authorization efforts.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of related experience, including RMF package or body-of-evidence development.
• At least 2 years of SAP experience required.
• Previous experience as an ISSO, system administrator, or network administrator.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, an associate degree plus 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• IAT Level II or IAM Level II certification, such as Security+ CE, CCNA Security, or equivalent.
• TS/SCI clearance required to start; U.S. citizenship required.
