Project Buyer (Energy)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of purchase orders and ensure timely processing and execution for multiple gas turbine projects.
• Expedite material orders by monitoring confirmations, delivery progress, quality compliance, and overall purchasing-cycle execution.
• Build effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and suppliers through clear, timely communication.
• Negotiate supplier price adjustments and resolve invoicing and payment issues.
• Support supplier qualification, evaluation, development, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Planning, Logistics, and Customs teams to support compliant, on-time project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Solid experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations in a project-driven environment.
• Strong transactional knowledge and experience with SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and management.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, proactive, and results-oriented skills.
