TL;DR
Order Management Specialist LATAM (Salesforce/ERP): Processing and managing sales orders across the full order lifecycle for LATAM customers with an accent on order accuracy, customer communication, and cross-functional fulfillment. Focus on resolving order discrepancies, monitoring delivery commitments, and coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to meet SLAs.

Location: On-site in São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil. Travel across Brazil and abroad may be required based on business needs.

What you will do

  • Enter, process, and manage sales orders accurately and on time in Salesforce CRM and ERP systems.
  • Manage the complete order lifecycle, including confirmations, changes, returns, and cancellations.
  • Act as the primary customer contact for order status, delivery schedules, pricing, and product information.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies while maintaining accurate customer and order data.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to support efficient order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order progress, on-time delivery, and agreed service level agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, order management, and the LATAM market.
  • Experience managing order entry, order lifecycles, customer data, and multiple customer requests or cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent English and intermediate Spanish, both verbal and written.
