Strong Middle/Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote within Latin America, Argentina, Brazil, or Colombia

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end product features across back-end and front-end systems.
• Build scalable services, APIs, onboarding experiences, and workflow-driven solutions.
• Translate complex operational and business processes into intuitive customer-facing functionality.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to define requirements and shape product direction.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Own features from discovery through deployment while improving scalability, quality, developer experience, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Expert TypeScript proficiency with strong back-end development experience.
• Strong experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and experience building scalable services and APIs.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and modern software architecture practices.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, solve ambiguous problems, and balance technical quality with business and user needs.
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher and location in Latin America, Argentina, Brazil, or Colombia are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with NestJS, Next.js, and React.
• Experience with Temporal or other workflow orchestration platforms.
• Startup or high-growth product experience.
• Experience with fintech, payment systems, billing, invoicing, or transaction-focused products.
