What you will do

• Design and develop custom mobile software tools and techniques for operational cyber environments.
• Own end-to-end development across requirements, design, implementation, testing, debugging, documentation, and sustainment.
• Diagnose issues using commercial and government off-the-shelf tools, internal frameworks, and debugging utilities.
• Apply networking, socket programming, and packet-level protocol knowledge to tool development.
• Document software for operation, maintenance, and support.
• Mentor junior developers and solve time-sensitive cyber problems.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, or ability to obtain one.
• Current residence in the United States and onsite work in McLean, Virginia.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing, testing, and debugging in Python and C, including UNIX applications built with makefiles or similar environments.
• Experience developing CNO tools, reverse engineering native binaries, creating proof-of-concept exploit software, and analyzing vulnerabilities.
• Strong knowledge of IP, TCP, application-layer protocols, operating-system internals, security mitigations, debuggers, version control, and packet-level networking.

Nice to have

• Native mobile development experience with Android NDK or similar technologies.
• Assembly familiarity, preferably ARM, and knowledge of SELinux and mobile application sandboxing.
• Experience with Objective-C, Swift, and C++.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
