Business Process Optimisation Specialist (Lean Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support production operations and drive process improvements across Value Streams.
• Work with Value Stream Managers and Supervisors to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs.
• Support new product development, implementation, change controls, document updates, and risk assessments.
• Lead small projects and A3 teams focused on OEE, waste reduction, and other improvement initiatives.
• Gather and analyze data, identify root causes, define corrective actions, and track departmental metrics.
• Coordinate deployment of the hirify.global Operating System and support 6S, Kaizens, iCare, and Standardized Work programs.

Requirements

• Experience with flexible and innovative manufacturing methods and work practices.
• Understanding of business processes, Lean tools, continuous improvement, and change management.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to use problem-solving tools and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to support a safety-oriented and GMP-compliant work environment.
