ESG Data Architect

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work model

Salary: PLN 14,700 per month

Procter & Gamble's ESG Services organization provides sustainability data and solutions supporting ESG performance management and cross-compliance across global operations.

What you will do

• Profile and discover data, define milestones, and contribute to the data architecture roadmap.
• Analyze existing code and design normalized, scalable data solutions.
• Translate data requirements into data models, mappings, and architecture documentation.
• Create data flow diagrams and source-to-target mappings across ETL/ELT layers.
• Develop SQL statements and provide architecture guidance to development teams and management.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues in collaboration with developers, data engineers, analysts, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in data architecture or data engineering.
• Comfort writing and analyzing SQL queries.
• Interest in learning data modeling, data warehousing, and different database types.
• Strong attention to detail and a proven track record.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw, Poland.
