Closet Designer (CAD)

Location: Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA; requires showroom attendance and travel to customers' homes

hirify.global designs and installs custom organizational solutions for closets, entertainment centers, pantries, home offices, and other areas of the home.

What you will do

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and create personalized whole-home storage solutions.
• Measure customer spaces and design custom solutions using proprietary CAD software.
• Sell projects and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through referrals and repeat business.
• Follow up with customers and coordinate with the installation team through project completion.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and clients with varying levels of complexity.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and comfort using laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Creative, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of craftsmanship.
• Interior design education, industry experience, and in-home sales experience are preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, CAD, or design software is preferred.
