Regional People Partner - Europe East (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Provide strategic HR support and advise leaders and managers across the Europe East business region.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and career development.
• Support workforce planning, organizational change, talent development, and company culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies while monitoring employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Improve and digitize HR processes using Workday, automation, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Monitor HR KPIs and workforce metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience advising managers across the full employee lifecycle and influencing leaders at different levels.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding, performance management, talent development, and compensation cycles.
• Data-driven approach and proficiency with HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of Polish labor law and fluent Polish and English are required.

• Knowledge of additional Eastern European languages.
