TL;DR

SEO Manager (Healthcare): Developing and refining SEO strategies for healthcare and dental businesses to increase organic traffic, conversions, and search visibility with an accent on local, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Focus on analyzing performance data, managing multiple client accounts, conducting site audits, and optimizing strategies for service-area businesses.

Location: Fully remote, with a preferred location in South Africa. Working hours are 9 am to 5 pm EST.

Salary: USD 2,000–2,500 per month

What you will do

Create, implement, and refine SEO strategies for wellness, healthcare, and dental businesses.
Increase organic traffic, conversions, search rankings, and lead generation through data-driven SEO.
Test and adjust SEO tactics based on performance metrics.
Manage SEO strategy and workflows across multiple client accounts.
Align SEO initiatives with broader client marketing goals and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

At least 5 years of SEO experience.
Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
Extensive knowledge of local, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Expertise in keyword research, content strategy, link building, and site audits.
Experience managing multiple client accounts and performing local SEO for service-area businesses.
Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
