Senior Legal Counsel (Telecommunications): Drafting and negotiating customer and vendor commercial agreements, rights-of-way arrangements, and related legal matters for the French business and European markets with an accent on B2B contracting, cross-border transactions, and practical risk management. Focus on advising business stakeholders, coordinating corporate and insurance matters, and handling complaints, pre-litigation issues, and external counsel relationships.
Location: Paris, France; hybrid working. The role primarily supports France with coverage across European markets.

What you will do
- Draft, review and negotiate customer MSAs, service schedules, service-order amendments, novations and related commercial documentation.
- Advise on RFPs, tenders, customer queries and the interpretation of contracts governing existing services.
- Draft and negotiate vendor agreements in coordination with Procurement.
- Prepare and negotiate rights-of-way agreements and conventions, including renewals.
- Support French corporate entities and affiliates, insurance administration, certificates, claims and related stakeholder coordination.
- Handle customer complaints and pre-litigation matters, liaising with external counsel on disputes and legal analysis.
Requirements
- Qualification as a lawyer in France or another relevant European jurisdiction with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Significant experience drafting and negotiating B2B commercial contracts for customers and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of French commercial and contract law and understanding of contracting principles across Europe.
- Experience with cross-border commercial agreements within Europe.
- Strong commercial judgment, autonomy, prioritization and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory, including excellent legal drafting skills in both languages.

- Experience in telecommunications, technology, infrastructure or a comparable B2B environment.
