Compliance Risks Manager (f/m)

What you will do

• Conduct end-to-end Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Export Control, and Fraud risk assessments and mapping across hirify.global entities.
• Define risk questionnaires, calculation methodologies, risk impact definitions, and heat maps.
• Coordinate with key functions to identify emerging risks and maintain an accurate risk profile.
• Share assessment results with stakeholders and support the implementation of mitigation actions.
• Promote the risk assessment framework through communications, awareness sessions, and training.
• Manage requirements for the shared risk assessment tool and support digital dashboards integrating multiple data streams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in risk mapping and Enterprise Risk Management in a complex international environment.
• Solid knowledge of Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Fraud, and Export Control.
• Interest in digitalization and data analytics, with the ability to use data to support legal decisions.
• Ability to build trust, drive change, manage projects, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• High integrity and meticulous analytical skills.
• Full fluency in English and availability to work in Toulouse, France.
