Engineering Intern (Aerospace Manufacturing)

hirify.global's Titeflex/US Hose business develops fluid and gas management products and quality programs for aerospace and other demanding industrial markets.

What you will do

• Develop a standardized template and operator-friendly visual work instructions for aerospace production equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on product configuration, new product development, product design, manufacturing, and test engineering tasks.
• Collect and analyze measurement data to provide engineering insights and solutions.
• Support manufacturing and test processes, equipment, tooling, operator safety, procedures, and work instructions.
• Review engineering calculations, design models, drawings, and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a four-year technical degree program and pursuing Mechanical Engineering or Material Science.
• Graduate student, senior, or junior standing.
• Strong academic and analytical modeling background.
• Ability to develop mathematical theories and validate them with actual test results.
• Strong programming, Excel, or Google Sheets skills.
• Strong knowledge of Material Science; an academic transcript is required with the application.
