Procurement Project Leader

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate procurement activities within projects and product areas.
• Act as the operational interface between Procurement and cross-functional project teams.
• Coordinate collaboration across procurement commodities and product or project organizations.
• Drive alignment, action follow-up, and decision-making across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Identify supply and procurement risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, then coordinate mitigation actions.
• Support procurement-related planning, prioritization, and execution for product and project teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in project management, management consulting, procurement, operations, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Ability to independently structure complex situations and drive work forward in changing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• Security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
