Senior Accountant, Treasury Accounting

Location: Dallas, TX, United States. The position requires access to export-controlled information; applicants must meet applicable U.S. export-control eligibility requirements.

Base salary: $98,000–$130,000 per year, plus potential bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Prepare accounting for OEM and vendor financing arrangements across monthly and quarterly close activities.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and Corporate Accounting to establish records, process invoices, and validate supporting information.
• Maintain amortization schedules, journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidated financing rollforwards.
• Investigate differences between financing schedules, invoices, asset records, and the general ledger.
• Prepare supporting schedules for Forms 10-Q and 10-K disclosures, investments, SOX controls, and audit requests.
• Improve Treasury Accounting processes through automation, documentation, process optimization, and cross-training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant financial accounting and reporting experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with public accounting or industry accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with detailed accounting schedules and large data sets.
• Experience supporting SOX controls and internal or external audit requests.
• Must satisfy applicable U.S. export-control eligibility requirements for access to controlled information.
