Salary: $77,000–$95,500 per year

What you will do

• Create and execute test plans and scripts based on business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Perform data validation using SQL queries and other testing tools.
• Track, report, and manage defects throughout project development life cycles.
• Validate the functionality, stability, and response times of final products and solutions.
• Collaborate with TCoE, project, and solutions teams to develop and enforce quality standards.
• Participate in defect triage, maintain QA metrics, and escalate quality issues.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Availability for full-time onsite work at the Chesapeake Store Support Center.
• At least 3 years of testing experience, including functional, system acceptance, regression, integration, user acceptance, and end-to-end testing.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with UiPath RPA test automation or an equivalent tool, plus scripting languages such as Playwright or Python.
• Experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, office products, and defect tracking tools such as Zephyr or JIRA.
• Strong analytical, communication, and independent working skills, with knowledge of testing methodologies and development life cycles.

Nice to have

• Experience in the retail domain.
• Experience with RPA automated testing tools, ideally UiPath.
• Experience with Agile project processes or applications running on iSeries.
