Vice President, Enterprise Quality & Automation (AI)

What you will do

• Define the enterprise quality strategy, target operating model, standards, governance, metrics, and transition roadmap across pharmacy and medical operations.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and vendors to align quality expectations, requirements, UAT, release readiness, and shared accountability.
• Lead AI and automation strategy for predictive analytics, defect prediction, release-risk assessment, intelligent automation, and responsible AI practices.
• Own enterprise defect management, root-cause analysis, defect-leakage reduction, continuous improvement, and independent quality and risk assessments.
• Set quality expectations for vendor and offshore delivery models and assess the development of testing capabilities into a commercial service offering.
• Build and lead a quality organization of approximately four to six Director-level direct reports.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in enterprise quality or quality assurance across internal and vendor or partner delivery.
• Experience defining and implementing a quality operating model, governance, or transformation across multiple organizations.
• Strong expertise in quality metrics, defect management, root-cause analysis, UAT, and release readiness.
• Practical experience applying AI/ML and automation to quality, plus experience managing vendor and offshore delivery models.
• Executive-level communication skills and the ability to lead through influence, ambiguity, and cross-organizational change.
• Healthcare experience, particularly pharmacy claims, PBM, medical claims, or health plans.

• Experience commercializing an internal capability into an external service offering.
• Experience with large-scale platform migrations and complex, multi-system integration.
• P&L or commercial ownership experience.
