What you will do

• Contribute to the Corporate and Investment Banking Group strategy and translate it into short-, medium-, and long-term business plans.
• Lead the FI Sales and structured credit solutions strategy, framework, and capabilities.
• Structure, price, originate, and execute transactions involving credit products, FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and commodity derivatives.
• Oversee market evaluation, due diligence, risk monitoring, investment-return analysis, and hedging strategies.
• Develop policies, procedures, controls, and standard operating procedures in line with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Lead recruitment, performance management, learning, development, and change initiatives across teams.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in FI Sales, structured derivatives, and credit solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Presentation and persuasive selling skills across FX, interest rate, and commodity derivatives and credit solutions.
• Knowledge of credit, market, business, liquidity, operational, and settlement risk categories.
• High level of economic and market awareness.
• Role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
