🚀 We're hiring a Head of Operations for a new UAE mainland brokerage
A NASDAQ-listed financial group is launching its mainland brokerage in the UAE, and they need someone to build operations from the ground up, reporting directly to the COO.
🎯 What you'll do
☑ Build and lead the Operations function
☑ Own onboarding, trade lifecycle, clearing and settlement
☑ Oversee custody, client assets and reconciliations
☑ Manage banks, brokers, custodians and exchanges
☑ Ensure SCA/ESCA compliance
☑ Build and develop a high-performing team
🔍 What we're looking for
▪️ Brokerage or securities operations experience in an ESCA/SCA-regulated firm
▪️ Strong knowledge of KYC, trade lifecycle, custody and client assets
▪️ Track record building processes, controls and systems
▪️ Knowledge of UAE regulation and global markets
▪️ Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or similar. CIIA, CMA, CPA or CISI preferred
