Treasury Controller (Finance)

hirify.global develops semiconductor manufacturing technology and operates a global finance organization supporting complex treasury activities.

What you will do

• Execute treasury accounting and reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Account for and value cash, foreign exchange, derivatives, debt instruments, investments, and hedge accounting relationships.
• Execute and continuously improve treasury internal controls, including SOx controls.
• Monitor Treasury Policies and financial reporting requirements, escalating and remediating control deficiencies.
• Analyze treasury-related P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow movements and provide management insights.
• Partner with Corporate Treasury, Accounting Experts, Country Finance, Internal Control, and external auditors on end-to-end processes and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial control, treasury, or audit.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, preferably including financial instruments and hedge accounting.
• Experience with internal controls, SOx-compliant processes, process improvement, automation, or finance transformation.
• Experience with SAP; familiarity with Treasury Management Systems such as IT2 is an advantage.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.

Nice to have

• Big Four audit experience.
• Affinity with treasury products and financial markets, including FX, investments, debt instruments, and derivatives.
