Sr. Executive Technology Lead (AI)

Location: Los Angeles, CA, United States; support is required across offices, residences, travel, meetings, events, and off-sites.

Salary: $135,000–$200,000 per year, plus a possible discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end white-glove technology support for senior executives, Executive Assistants, and their teams.
• Serve as the primary escalation point across Apple, Microsoft, mobile, collaboration, networking, security, cloud, SaaS, conferencing, AV, and smart-device environments.
• Lead executive technology initiatives, including site build-outs, network and AV architecture, deployments, upgrades, pilots, and secure custom solutions.
• Prepare and support board meetings, leadership off-sites, company events, executive travel, and restricted-environment deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, implement preventive controls, and maintain operational runbooks and support documentation.
• Provide residential technology support across networking, AV, Apple products, wearables, connected devices, Lutron, Crestron, and home automation platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience supporting senior executives.
• 5+ years supporting and troubleshooting Windows 11 and the Apple ecosystem, including iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, Apple IDs, iCloud, and mobile device management.
• 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and related collaboration platforms.
• Strong cross-platform troubleshooting skills across endpoints, mobile devices, networking, AV, cloud, SaaS, security, conferencing, smart devices, and home automation.
• Experience supporting wearables and connected smart devices, including Oura Ring, as well as residential systems such as Lutron and Crestron.
• Ability to provide onsite and remote on-call support, including evening and weekend coverage through a rotation, with discretion, urgency, executive presence, and clear communication.
