Creative Designer (Digital Design)

Location: South Jordan, Utah, USA; in-office at least 4–5 days per week

What you will do

• Design digital assets for product launches, brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and evergreen content.
• Create layouts and assets for websites, emails, product detail pages, social media, digital ads, and Design Space in-app experiences.
• Use Figma to create and manage digital design components and maintain a cohesive brand experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Global Product Management, Copy, and direct-to-consumer teams.
• Apply brand guidelines and optimize designs for performance and usability across platforms.
• Test and iterate creative using performance data and user feedback.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital design, preferably in a consumer brand environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating responsive web, email, social, and advertising design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with e-commerce, performance marketing, mobile apps, or digital tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in the South Jordan office at least 4–5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Motion graphics or light animation skills, such as After Effects.
• Interest in crafting, DIY, or hirify.global’s product ecosystem.
