TL;DR
IT Digital Application Support Engineer – Web & Mobile Platforms (Web & Mobile Applications): Maintaining and improving Radisson’s web and mobile applications with an accent on incident resolution, monitoring, and operational support. Focus on leading outage response, performing root cause analysis, automating support tasks, and coordinating development, DevOps, observability, and external partner teams.
Location: Madrid, Spain; up to 20% travel required.

What you will do
- Monitor the health, performance, and availability of web and mobile applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues, coordinate ticket triage and escalation, and implement corrective actions with development teams.
- Lead incident response, coordinate recovery activities, document post-mortems, and drive long-term fixes.
- Improve monitoring dashboards, alerting rules, automated checks, and operational KPI and SLA reporting.
- Maintain runbooks, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.
- Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.
Requirements
- Professional English proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
- 2–3 years of experience in application support, service operations, or technical support engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across web and mobile application stacks.
- Experience with incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and SLA/KPI-based support.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, or New Relic.
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale web and mobile applications.
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, or Agile methodologies.
- Hospitality industry or multicultural work experience.
- Cloud, Agile, or DevOps certifications.
