TL;DR
ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow/JavaScript): Designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and automation for enterprise business processes with an accent on scripting, configuration, testing, and system integration. Focus on building reliable workflows, solving performance and integration issues, and improving ServiceNow implementations through continuous development.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The work model prioritizes in-person collaboration, with online interviews and onboarding.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
- Configure ServiceNow instances, including roles, access controls, data sources, and system properties.
- Develop integrations with databases, web services, and third-party applications.
- Write automation scripts using JavaScript, Glide Record, and ACLs.
- Test and deploy solutions, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Document implementations, troubleshoot issues, support users, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- More than two years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, scripting, workflow design, application development, integrations, web services, and data sources.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, agile development, DevOps practices, SQL, and database management.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer certification.
