Manager - Information Security (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Arizona, with one on-site day each Thursday at 2500 W Utopia Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027

What you will do

• Lead the implementation and support of formal information security frameworks across the healthcare system.
• Provide security leadership and subject matter expertise across threat and vulnerability management, identity and access management, architecture and engineering, data protection, governance, risk and compliance, security operations, security awareness, and incident response.
• Manage personnel activities, including hiring, development, performance evaluation, scheduling, work assignments, and standard-work updates.
• Build relationships with operational and corporate departments and align security policies with business and system requirements.
• Direct security incident escalations, documentation, tracking, resolution, and risk evaluations.
• Monitor service-management queues, metrics, security issues, and the effective use of information security tools.

Requirements

• Must reside in Arizona and work on-site one day per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration, or four years of related work experience.
• At least five years of IT management or supervisory experience in information security disciplines.
• Required information security certification combination including CISSP or SANS certifications.
• Preferred: eight years of management experience in healthcare environments, healthcare applications, multi-institutional health systems, or healthcare consulting.
• Preferred certifications include CISM, CISA, or ITIL v3 Foundation.
