What you will do

• Lead the credit trading business, including strategy, portfolio performance, risk management, and trading profitability.
• Identify, evaluate, structure, and execute credit trading opportunities across regional and global markets.
• Develop trading and hedging strategies to optimize returns and manage market, credit, liquidity, and counterparty risks.
• Partner with origination and client coverage teams on transaction structuring and innovative credit solutions.
• Monitor market developments, credit fundamentals, portfolio exposures, regulatory requirements, and control frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing credit trading team.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of experience in credit trading, fixed income trading, credit investments, structured credit, or related financial markets.
• Proven experience managing credit portfolios, delivering trading revenues, and holding direct P&L responsibility.
• Strong expertise in credit products, credit risk assessment, portfolio management, valuation, and market analysis.
• Experience structuring and executing complex credit transactions in a banking or institutional trading environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, decision-making, and team leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, MBA, or a Master's degree.
