TL;DR
Private Banking Relationship Analyst – Poland (BSISA) (Banking): Supporting private banking front-office activities for Polish clients, including customer service, account administration, transaction processing, and coordination with compliance and operations teams. Focus on managing banking documentation, monitoring payments and transfers, supporting FX transactions, and resolving client and banker requests accurately.
Location: Geneva, Switzerland. Eligible to work in Switzerland.

What you will do
- Support the front-office team with daily private banking activities and client service requests.
- Assist with opening banking relationships, including administrative, legal, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor tasks, account balances, loans, transfers, payment instructions, and card-related requests.
- Coordinate with onboarding, legal and compliance, credit, payments, and back-office departments.
- Monitor transaction completion and support FX transactions, wire transfers, new accounts, and account updates.
- Prepare documentation and provide operational assistance to bankers and other front-office colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal academic education.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services, including customer service, operations, compliance, or back-office work.
- Strong knowledge of banking, business administration, and finance.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, planning, organization, and problem-solving.
- Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
Nice to have
- French or Spanish language skills.
- Experience preparing reports or supporting customer visits.
