Post-Doc Scientist Antibody Discovery & Engineering

What you will do

• Develop and implement antibody discovery methods using phage display and/or yeast display.
• Engineer and optimize 2-in-1 bispecific antibody formats for therapeutic applications.
• Perform biochemical and biophysical characterization of antibody candidates.
• Establish robust, transferable methodologies for therapeutic-area support and integrate them into the discovery pipeline.
• Conduct high-throughput screening, analyze large datasets, and draw scientifically rigorous conclusions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and contribute to publications and patent filings.

Requirements

• PhD in protein engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in antibody discovery and/or engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with phage display and/or yeast display.
• Solid knowledge of screening methodologies, biochemistry techniques, and data analysis.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills required.
