Market Intelligence Manager (E-commerce)

Location: Hybrid setup with work from the Stockholm office, Sweden

What you will do

• Map the e-commerce ecosystem, analyze market share, conduct win/loss analyses, and track competitor products, pricing, positioning, and financial activity.
• Build, refine, and maintain market models and commercial data used for strategic decision-making.
• Automate data collection through AI tools, web scraping, desktop research, and external sources.
• Partner with sales leaders and Key Account Managers to translate analysis into actionable leads and facilitate workshops.
• Coordinate with Data Platform and Sales Technology teams as the point of contact for Salesforce and Snowflake integrations.
• Design dashboards and present clear insights to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• A couple of years of experience in management consulting, a scale-up or startup, or an analytical commercial role.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to identify signals in complex datasets.
• Experience with or strong motivation to learn SQL and Salesforce.
• Interest in AI tools and automation, plus experience taking initiatives from early ideas through implementation.
• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent English is required; Swedish is a strong bonus.
